Overview

The Pauls Corporation enlisted the Savage Bureau to help re-brand and market the residential property at 901 Jefferson. As the conversion and remodels were being completed, we created a full brand campaign – including a new mark and website, as well as digital ads and display signage to help market this exciting new offering in the heart of Oakland’s historic Old Oakland district.

Brand Identity & Website

After getting a feel for the property and the neighborhood, we set out to create an identity that felt authentic. After some initial rounds of sketches, we landed on our final mark, which is modern, but with a distinctly cool retro vibe. Drawing cues from the property, we created a vibrant color palette to match the artistic spirit of Oakland.
